Project Branding Trials
Based on the visuals and atmosphere I worked with from the visual essay, I wanted to carry this concept and atmosphere onto the final project with a bold and punchy identity using a contrast of dark and vibrant colours. I originally experimented with integrating computer generated text with a hand-written typeface. However, sticking to one typeface but using colours to emphasize certain areas was more appropriate and effective.
I hope to present swearing in a new perspective and rid the negative preconceived notions of the subject. To do so, I believe using pops of colour without dark, dull colours (not black though) do just the trick!
